Ingredients: 1 vanilla triple zero Oikos yogurt cup (or 150g), 60g strawberries, 10 vanilla wafers, 10g natural strawberry jam, 4g sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, 16g Cool Whip
Directions:
1. Stir pudding mix into yogurt until well combined.
2. Cut strawberries into tiny pieces for easy mixing.
3. In a Tupperware container, layer half of the yogurt mix.
4. Top with half the vanilla wafers and half the strawberries.
5. Spread half of the Cool Whip evenly over the strawberries.
6. Dollop the strawberry jam on top and gently spread it around.
7. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
