Eating well can be a very tedious, time-consuming routine. Every so often, we all crave an indulgent meal, and for many of us that means fast food. And other menu items are even worse. For example, the McDonald's Big Breakfast, which has hotcakes, a biscuit, scrambled eggs, sausage and hashbrowns, is not the well-rounded meal it might seem like. This dish comes with 65 grams of fat and 2 grams of sodium. This is definitely not what your body needs to start its day.
