On the surface, canola oil seems like it should be a better option than other cooking fats. For one thing, this oil has lower amounts of saturated fats compared to options like butter or olive oil. Plus, canola oil is made from natural ingredients, which people assume means it’s healthy. But the truth is quite the opposite.

Canola oil is very bad for you because it has absolutely no nutritional value, despite coming from natural ingredients. So basically, eating canola gives your body an okay amount of fat, though without any type of value to make it worth your while.
