Rebel Wilson showcased her impressive 80-pound weight loss in a breathtaking Pronovias wedding gown at her September 28th wedding to Ramona Agruma. Fans still aren’t over it! Wilson’s elegant off-the-shoulder dress, crafted from luxurious mikado fabric, featured a corset waist that accentuated her slim figure.

The Pitch Perfect star’s dress was completed with a strapless neckline and bespoke detachable sleeves, adding an extra touch of charm. Wilson, 44, previously opened up about her weight loss transformation in an interview with Us Weekly back in June. The Isn’t It Romantic actress told the outlet that when it came to shedding pounds, she found “no magic fix.” She shared: “I’d been on diets [and] I’ve been really good [about] exercising pretty much my entire life.”

Wilson’s bridal ensemble was accentuated by a regal train, complemented by a crystal-embellished belt and adorned with floral crystal hairpins. Her wife, Agruma, 40, also donned an elegant Pronovias wedding gown. The dress featured an a-line silhouette crafted from luxurious mikado fabric, complete with a high corset waist, a sweetheart neckline, and a sweeping cathedral train. Soon after Agruma shared clips from her wedding day to Wilson on TikTok, fans praised both wedding looks and Wilson’s transformation.

“Unbelievably STUNNING!!!! Congratulations to you both. Beautiful brides,” one fan wrote as another added: “Ohhhh how happy & stunning you both look.” Someone else replied: “You are both so radiant and gorgeous! Congratulations!” An additional fan noted: “beautiful.”

Inside Rebel Wilson’s 80-Lb Weight Loss Transformation

In March, the Bridesmaids alum revealed that she not only revamped her exercise regimen but also successfully lost weight with the help of Ozempic, a diabetes medication frequently used off-label for weight management. When speaking to Us Weekly earlier this spring, Wilson explained: “I am just so proud of my life and all the things that I’ve gone through. I’m just at a point now where I can be really open. It’s kind of cathartic in a way to just put it all out there. And then now, I move on with the next chapters.”

Wilson revealed to the outlet that her motivation to shed pounds stemmed from her aspiration to become a mother. She shared that she suffers from polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), a condition that can impact fertility. During a 2019 appointment with her fertility specialist, she was informed that her likelihood of having a child would significantly improve if she were in better health.

The doctor elaborated that her chances of successfully retrieving and freezing her eggs would be higher if she achieved weight loss, she recounted to Us Weekly. “I was taken aback. I thought, 'Oh God, this guy's so rude.' He was right. I was carrying around a lot of excess weight,” Wilson later shared with People.

“It's almost like I didn't think of my own needs. I thought of a future child's needs that really inspired me to get healthier." In November 2022, Wilson and Agruma joyfully announced the arrival of their baby girl, Royce, born through surrogacy.

While promoting her memoir, Rebel Rising, earlier this year, Wilson detailed her struggle with stress eating. She later told The Sunday Times in March that she tried Ozempic to help maintain everything she lost. “Someone like me could have a bottomless appetite for sweets, so I think those drugs can be good," she said.

Wilson also said she hoped that her fans wouldn't “obsess” over their bodies and wished that they could embrace the one they have. “I feel strongly that young women shouldn't try to obsess over looking like Victoria's Secret models—they should just look like themselves,” Wilson said.
