Reese Witherspoon Speaks On 'Difficult' Divorces

The "Morning Show" actress was married to Ryan Phillippe from 1999 until 2008, and together they had two children: Ava, 25, and Deacon, 21. She then married Jim Toth, and together they had one child together, 12-year-old Tennessee. However, Reese and Jim called it quits in 2023. The pair announced their divorce with a joint post on social media, calling it a "difficult decision."

After two divorces, it's not surprising that the mother-of-three isn't dying to walk down the aisle again. Sources close to her revealed that it's just not something she needs in this later stage of her life.

Reese Witherspoon Is Happy As A Girlfriend

Rather than taking on the "wife" title for a third time, Witherspoon is perfectly happy to remain the "girlfriend" of billionaire Oliver Haarmann, who insiders say she's "having fun" with.

"At 48, Reese doesn't plan to have any more children," the source explained. "She's also independent as hell and certainly doesn't need a man for his money." Witherspoon had an estimated $440M net worth in 2023.

"The reason she's told Oliver 'no' to marriage is because she doesn't want him to have false expectations and think this is in their future. Because it definitely isn't." For now, and possibly forever, things are staying in the "having fun" stage. Good for Reese!
