Reese Witherspoon graced the Oceana annual Sea Change summer party red carpet in a chic, strapless, mint green dress that highlighted her curves and toned figure.
The Oscar winner, 47, brought her lookalike daughter Ava Phillippe, 23, as her date to the event. On July 23rd, the Legally Blonde alum shared behind-the-scenes shots of them both getting ready for her Instagram followers.
This appearance came just after People Magazine disclosed that Witherspoon’s former spouse Jim Toth was seen in Costa Rica with a new girlfriend. Witherspoon and Toth had been married for close to twelve years before they announced their split four months ago.

The Big Little Lies star’s dress featured a waist-cinching fit, an eye-catching light green hue and flirty strapless neckline. Her daughter wore a similar ensemble, composed of a strapless, cinched white top and matching maxi skirt.
While Witherspoon chose to go for a minimal look when it came to accessories, Phillippe added a black choker necklace. They both wore their long blonde tresses down, styled into elegant, loose waves.
The Cruel Intentions actress also wore her new wispy curtain bangs down, drawing eyes to her makeup look. Witherspoon rocked smokey eyeshadow, thick black liner, voluminous mascara, rosy blush and a glossy pink pout. Her daughter twinned with her and played up her eyes and high cheekbones as well.
Witherspoon shared a three-part IG slideshow post for her 29.6 million followers, showing fans how she and Phillippe got ready for the soiree in the first pic, the products they used in the second and a beautiful mother-and-daughter red carpet pic for the last slide.
The Sweet Home Alabama alum captioned her upload: "Perfect Summer night with my girl @avaphillippe, learning all about @oceana incredible conservation work #BiossancePartner."
Naturally, fans hyped up her and her daughter's looks in the comment section, deeming their ensembles and glam to be "stunning," "gorg" and "timeless."
Witherspoon's Ex Jim Toth Reportedly Spotted With New Flame in Costa Rica
Witherspoon and Toth surprised many fans back in March when they announced they were divorcing after almost 12 years of marriage.
A source recently dished to People Magazine last week that Toth is currently dating someone new. "Jim was staying with a new girlfriend at the Sendero Nosara in Costa Rica," an onlooker reportedly told the outlet.
"They seemed to be staying in a suite, and they looked really happy, just chilling and soaking up that pura vida vibe. It was definitely romantic."
Four months ago, Witherspoon and Toth released a joint statement, confirming their decision to split after rumors began circulating online. They noted that their choice to divorce was a "difficult" one made with a "great deal of care and consideration."
