1. NMN

Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) can actually “repair DNA,” according to Love. This supplement increase an energy source in the body called NAD+  that is essential for the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) — this is what actually repairs your DNA. And this can protect your cells from damage over time while improving your endurance, energy levels, and your metabolic health.

2. Resveratrol


This supplement has been popular for a few decades now, but there’s a misconception that you can get enough of it from a glass or two of red wine — not true. You would need several more glasses of wine to get the same, healthy effects you will enjoy from a supplement. Resveratrol can reduce oxidative damage that negatively impacts cells and can reduce inflammation and protect your skin from UV radiation, a leading cause of signs of aging in the skin.

3. COQ10

COQ10 helps your cell’s mitochondria get rid of waste. According to Love, research shows that taking high doses of COQ10 (about 1000 mg per day) has “tremendous benefits” that include helping with Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease while increasing your energy levels.
