Rarely do we see Rihanna gracing the cover of a magazine, but when she does decide to do it, she pulls out all the stops. The ‘Umbrella’ icon surprised us all with her Vogue China cover, taking the spotlight in a western-inspired ensemble, complete with a floral embroidered jacket and a cowboy hat.
Decked out in a black satin jacket adorned with intricate pink and green floral embroidery that perfectly matched her hat, she left us swooning with every detail. And hold onto your (cowboy) hats because underneath, she rocked a matching floral piece—the Savage Not Sorry Lace Balconette Bra. Anywhere she goes, you know she’ll represent Savage x Fenty.

Rihanna Graces The Cover Of Vogue China In A Floral Four-Piece
With a fresh-faced spring makeup look, she shimmered in pink blush, sparkly eyeshadow, and cherry red lips.
While you might find her appearance on the cover of the publication unexpected, the businesswoman recently revealed exciting news: Fenty Beauty will be hitting the shelves in China come April. Her cover feature serves as promotion for this expansion, tapping into the market of over a billion citizens.

Rihanna Talks About Motherhood & Confidence For Vogue China Story
She shared a bit about herself with her Chinese audience, touching upon her experience as a mother to her two children and her journey towards self-confidence.
“The most beautiful thing… is that [children] come into the world with their own individuality and sincerity, without any logic or conformity, which usually makes you feel that you must fit into a certain group,” said the 36-year-old who shares two boys with rapper A$AP Rocky.
She added, “It’s really beautiful to see and I want to continue to help them navigate that and make sure that they know they can be whoever they want to be. They should embrace it completely, because it’s beautiful, and it’s unique. I love them just that way.”
On the topic of life challenges and confidence, she shared, “I feel like anything is possible. Every challenge, there is as a lesson. Every challenge is there to get you to the next part of your journey…just treat life like an adventure, because when you really get into it, there’s never going to be a dull moment.”
