Prince Harry Ruins His Relationship With Family
When Harry and Meghan decided to leave their royal duties behind and move to America, they didn't go quietly. In January 2020, the pair did an interview with Oprah in which they majorly critiqued the British monarchy, even going as far as to allege that certain members of the royal family questioned what skin color their first born child, Archie, would have.
Then, in 2023, Harry released his memoir, Spare, in which he called out each member of the royal family for something different. He wrote that his brother, Prince William, "attacked" him, after he called Meghan "rude," "abrasive," and "difficult." He also revealed that he and his brother "begged" their father, King Charles, not to marry his wife, Camilla. Needless to say, he certainly burned some bridges.
Royal Expert Claims Meghan 'Used Him' And He'll 'Regret' It
Many royal experts, however, are predicting that Harry will "regret" many of the choices he's made since marrying Meghan. In a conversation with Nigel Farage on GB News, royal commentator Lee Cohen did not hide his distaste for the Suits actress, saying, "I wasn't [a fan] from day one. I think Harry has been used horribly and I think someday he will regret it."
"I think Harry's been used and been used terribly," he continued. "I think it's ruined his relationship with his family." He's certainly not wrong about that last part. Tensions have been high for years, with both sides expecting an apology and neither appearing to cave.
