In March 2024, Kate (who shares Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, with her husband William, 42) revealed that she was receiving treatment for a type of cancer she chose not to specify. She stayed out of the public eye for most of the year to prioritize her recovery. By September 2024, she announced that she had finished her chemotherapy sessions.
Earlier this week, Kate openly discussed her health journey during her visit to the hospital, marking her first solo appearance since late 2023. The Daily Mail reported that Kate emphasized the significance of self-care. She explained: "I really felt like I needed to get the sun. You need loads of water and loads of sunlight."
