Sabrina Carpenter left quite an impression at the premiere of her Netflix holiday special, A Nonsense Christmas, in New York City last week. The “Taste” hitmaker, 25, turned heads in a stylish mini dress that combined a furry black-and-white coat design. Carpenter’s outfit highlighted her toned, long legs and included matching black open-toed heels adorned with white fur near the toes.

Initially, the “Espresso” singer wore a long-sleeved furry coat, which she later removed to showcase a striking minidress. The dress featured a low-cut, form–fitting black top with delicate straps and a furry miniskirt, perfectly blending elegance and holiday cheer.

This follows news that Carpenter and Irish actor Barry Keoghan have ended their on-and-off relationship that began in September 2023. According to a source who spoke to People, they have mutually agreed to separate and are no longer a couple.

At the premiere, the “Please Please Please” artist showcased her flowing blonde hair styled in loose waves, partially pulled up with her singature curtain bangs framing her face. For her makeup look, the Disney Channel alum sported black liner, glittery eyeshadow, sky-high lashes, ample rosy blush on her high cheekbones and a glossy red lip.

Fans on Instagram couldn’t get enough of her recent get-up, with one writing that she looked like a “doll” and another adding that her look was “so cute.” Someone else commented that Carpenter seemed “single and ready to mingle,” referencing her recent split from the Banshees of Inisherin star, 32.

Insiders recently told Us Weekly that Carpenter and Keoghan drifted apart due to conflicting schedules. “It’s been challenging for their relationship since Sabrina went on tour,” one tipster dished.

“Their schedules were not aligning, and all the time apart made it difficult to maintain a connection.” Another source mentioned that the separation was amicable.

“They are cordial, and it was not contentious,” they explained. “Both agreed it wasn’t working. That was something they struggled with, being in different places all the time.”

Over the past week, excitement has surged among fans for Carpenter's holiday special, A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter.

Premiering on Netflix on December 6, 2024, the special showcases the "Feather" songstress singing tracks from her Christmas EP, Fruitcake, alongside classic holiday duets with fellow artists such as Shania Twain and Chappell Roan.

It also includes comedy sketches with famous guest stars like Sean Astin, Cara Delevingne and more. Directed by Sam Wrench and produced by Carpenter herself, the special has quickly become a holiday favorite.
