Salma Hayek Donned An Yves Saint Laurent Silk Dress And Corset For Marie Claire UK

For the cover look, Salma was a vision in a white laced halter dress by Yves Saint Laurent, and a romantic corset cinched on top. To accessorize her look, the actress sported a gold Qeelin necklace and rings. The background of the shoot was beautiful clouds in shades of light blue and white. The actress’ outfitting for the shoot was powerful and strong. It focused on closet-staple pieces and neutral tones to highlight Salma’s natural beauty. She kept her makeup simple and light with just a little bit of eyeliner and a light pink lip. And, her nails were white like her silky Saint Laurent dress.

Another video posted to Salma’s Instagram saw the star styled in a black blouse with black and white striped track pants. The Frida actress wore black pointed-toe pumps. Another campaign image showed Salma dressed in a mocha brown Brioni blazer with a plain white tee. The fit was accessorized with even more Qeelin jewelry.

The actress revealed a few other styles from the photo shoot in a video she shared on Instagram. In one clip, she is in a white long-sleeve shirt and pale blue ankle-length silk skirt petting a dog. Salma is seen enjoying the shoot, dancing in a chic white button-up shirt with Barbiecore pink trousers.

On Instagram, Salma also shared the music that was used as inspiration for her shoot. She captioned the post, “At [last], my love has come along! Thank you, Etta James, for being the soundtrack for my @marieclaireuk cover shoot.” She references the romantic number, “At Last” by American blues and jazz singer, Etta James. Salma also thanked the magazine’s editor and also tagged her stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn, her makeup by Scott Barnes, her hair by Peter Savic, and her nails by Betina Goldstein.

As expected, the comments were full of fans singing their praises of Salma’s latest shoot. One person commented, “So beautiful. Just really lovely!” and another wrote, “You’re so beautiful Salma,” with a heart emoji. Another commenter chimed in with, “The best of the best!!!” and another with, “As lovely as ever, Salma!” And, this isn’t the first time that Salma’s been on the cover of a magazine in recent months. She recently donned a plunging tan wrap dress and sky-high heels for the cover of British GQ’s GQ Hype.

Salma has been participating in the press tour for the last iteration of the Magic Mike series, Magic Mike’s Last Dance. She spoke to Marie Claire UK about her character Maxandra Mendoza and why she chose to take on the role. “When I read the script, I had preconceptions, but it surprised me because the woman’s point of view is extremely prominent. What attracted me was the concept of a woman who feels undermined,” the actress said. “She’s at a moment in her life [where she’s] asking, ‘Who am I and what’s my contribution?’ I think a lot of women, especially women of my generation, feel we didn’t have enough opportunities and people didn’t take us seriously.” Salma also spoke to the magazine about the secret to a long-lasting relationship and beauty tips that her grandmother gave her.

The House of Gucci actress has been looking spectacular wherever she goes. Earlier this February, she pulled off a cinched rocker Alexander McQueen dress for the BRIT Awards.
