And, they have quite the variety when it comes to their sandwich menu. You can keep it simple with a McChicken Sandwich, or get nautical with their Filet-O-Fish Sandwich. You can even get your favorite breakfast sandwiches at any time of the day -- see, the possibilities are endless!
But, there's one sandwich that employees urge customers to stay away from, especially if they're not in the mood to be dissapointed. Curious to know which sandwich it is? Click the next slide to find out.
If you have special dietary restrictions, you probably shouldn't order an Egg McMuffin. The breakfast staple is hard to customize and tailor to meet specific needs if you're vegetarian. Plus, there's a cheaper way to get around this dilemma. "If you want an Egg McMuffin with no Canadian bacon, ask for an Egg and Cheese Muffin. There is a button for the egg and cheese muffin and its $1.69 vs $3.49 for an Egg McMuffin," says Reddit user Terribly_Good in an AMA thread.

Another Reddit user said that customers should be wary of trying to customize any sandwich, as it's difficult for employees to differentiate what should be added and removed on their cash register. "There's a subtle difference between the add menu and the remove menu (literally the word ADD or No is highlighted otherwise it looks the same; granted ADD has more options)," McDonaldsIAMA said as to why some employees forget to take things off of sandwiches.
Good to know! We'll definitely keep these tips in mind the next time we go to Mickey D's!
