Walmart: Shop On The App
If you think Walmart has great deals in stores, just wait till you use the app! As it turns out, this is the best way to save as much money as possible when you purchase items from the big box store.
In fact, the Walmart app will even allow you to scan items while you're browsing the shelves in order to compare in-store prices with online ones. You'll usually find that there's a better deal online. The best part is that you can simply ask an employee in the store to change the price of these items before you check out. That way, you'll get the online price, but you'll still get to take the item home with you that day rather than waiting for a package to arrive at your doorstep. It's a win-win!
Trader Joe's: Use Manufacturer Coupons
If you're a Trader Joe's fanatic, you probably already know that they don't run sales or offer discounts on their own products. However, what you may not know is that they do, in fact, accept manufacturer coupons. That's right: if you see a name brand product at TJ's (like GT Kombucha or Fage yogurt), you can use a coupon for it! Especially considering the fact that these name brands are already sold at low prices at Trader Joe's compared to other stores, you can save a ton of money this way.
Aldi: Shop On Wednesdays
Aldi is known for their great, low prices. And when it comes to the best deals they have to offer, it doesn't get much better than their "Aldi Finds." These are specialty products the store carries for a limited time, and they're some of the cheapest (yet still high-quality) options around when compared to other stores. However, these products sell out quite quickly, and they're not restocked once they're gone. Luckily, there's one way to make sure you get first pick: Shop on Wednesdays, which is when they hit shelves for the first time. This is the best way to ensure you can get your hands on all those great deals!
