Scott Disick has been flaunting his noticeable 40-pound weight loss recently. In the latest and sixth season of The Kardashians, the reality star, 41, appeared noticeably slimmer in the third episode, where Khloé Kardashian assisted him in finding an assistant.
Disick had earlier shared details about the eating habits that initially led to his weight gain and how he managed to shed those extra pounds over the past few years. During a previous episode last season, when he visited Kris Jenner and Khloé, 40, the Good American founder commented on his ongoing weight loss. “Scott, but we’re gonna stop losing weight, right? You look amazing.” Disick replied, “Maybe like three more pounds?”

The father of three (who shares Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, with his ex Kourtney Kardashian) added, "But I mean honestly, I had no idea how horrible it was—what I was doing at night, eating those little bread things. What are they? Kylie loves them, too. She always keeps them in her car."
Khloe revealed they were 90-calorie "Hawaiian rolls" before Disick confessed that he used to be "pounding a whole box of them a night." Disick continued, "But I didn’t realize what I was doing, and I also didn't realize the whole thing about ginger ale being the same as a soda. It just seemed like it was a soothing drink. All day I would drink gingers! I was going through 20 gingers a day."

However, aside from eliminating the rolls and ginger ale from his diet, it seems Disick had some additional assistance in his weight loss journey. In the season 5 premiere of The Kardashians, which aired in May 2024, sharp-eyed viewers noticed a box of Mounjaro in his refrigerator.
This is a medication known for its weight-reducing effects, much like Ozempic. Disick's battle with health issues started following a significant injury to his back. This injury occurred in August 2022, when he was involved in a serious car accident.

During the crash, his Lamborghini overturned, leaving him with a painful and challenging recovery ahead. In an October 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Disick told his ex-girlfriend's sister, Khloé: "I've gained a lot of weight here because of my back. Ever since that car accident, it got worse over time."
Aside from improving his overall health, it's quite likely that shedding those extra pounds has significantly contributed to his continual recovery process following the accident.
