Selena Gomez Simmers On The Red Carpet In A Sultry White Bustier Top While Unveiling Her New Fringe
To complete her ensemble for the evening, Gomez added elegant, nude pointed-toe heels, a white studded Valentino clutch and shimmering dangly earrings from Jennifer Meyer. To dazzle up her look even more, the "Lose You To Love Me" hitmaker rocked a pastel purple mani.
As for her glam, the Rare Beauty mogul wore her brunette tresses and new bangs down, with her long locks styled into effortless loose waves. Gomez opted for bold black winged liner, voluminous lashes, rosy blush and a classic red lip for her stunning makeup look.
Soon after her February 3rd red carpet appearance, fans began reacting to her get-up on X (formerly Twitter). Along with images of Gomez from the event, one fan tweeted: "she looks amazing" Another wrote that she looked "absolutely gorgeous" in her two-toned outfit. "SELENA WITH BANGS IS EVERYTHING," someone else commented as another replied: "SHE IS SO PRETTY."
Others compared her new bangs to Linda Ronstadt's iconic 1970s fringe (which is fitting as it was recently announced that Gomez will portray the legendary singer, 77, in an upcoming biopic!) "She is ready for Linda," one tweeted along with a side-by-side comparison of Gomez and the "Blue Bayou" crooner.
At the Lola premiere, Gomez had her close friend Nicola Peltz, 29, who is married to Brooklyn Beckham, by her side. The duo seemed to have planned their ensembles in sync, with Peltz donning a white bustier that was cut high at the sides and featured broad straps.
Although Gomez did not walk the carpet with her boyfriend Benny Blanco, sources have revealed that she and the music producer, 35, are in a good place relationship-wise. According to insiders who reportedly sat down with People Magazine, Gomez is "super happy and present" with her new beau.
"She seems to be really feeling herself at the moment," an insider recently told the outlet. "Maybe that's Benny or maybe that's just where she's at personally and professionally." They went on, adding that Gomez's close friends support her budding romance: "Everyone was a fan of hers before Only Murders [in the Building], and now everyone is protective of her [...] With her cast and crew, the feeling is 'any boyfriend of Selena’s is a boyfriend of ours.'"
