Shakira has been causing a stir in the music world lately since the announcement of her new album, ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran’ (Women No Longer Cry). Amidst her flurry of promotional events, the mother of two has been treating her fans to some seriously stylish looks. Her latest appearance on Zane Lowe’s show on Apple Music 1 saw her rocking a fishnet top paired with chunky boots, proving once again that she’s a fashion icon.
She sported a baby blue fishnet bolero over a white tank top, paired with her signature baggy trousers and chunky high-heeled white boots. With her hair left in its usual wavy style and minimal makeup, she sat down to discuss the weight her past relationship had placed on her.

Fans were obsessed with her look as they flooded her Instagram comments section with praise.
“She’s getting younger,” wrote one fan. Another user said, “Shakira is so sincere and classy.”
Shakira’s highly publicized breakup with her ex, former Spanish soccer star Gerard Pique, took a toll on the singer. In the interview, she opened up about the emotional burden it placed on her and discussed finding solace in her return to music, even as she navigates the challenges of single motherhood.
Shakira Opens Up About The Challenges Of Her Past Relationship
"It was kind of like sometimes a love-hate relationship because every time I had to be pulled into the studio to do my work, I failed. I felt that I was leaving my family unattended. There were times when I really didn't enjoy it. You know, I felt guilt. I felt torn," she said.
After her 11-year relationship ended, the 'Hips Dont Lie' icon moved back to Miami from Spain and is living the single life, "Even though it's more challenging because now I'm in charge of these two kids, these two babies that depend on me so much. And I'm a single mother, I don't have a husband at home to help out with anything."
But she credits her heartbreak and separation for bringing her musical creativity back. "In a way, it's kind of good not to have a husband because that…I don't know why it was dragging me down, man. Now I feel like working. I feel like writing songs. I feel like making music. It's a compulsive need of mine that I didn't feel before," the 47-year-old said.
