Shania Twain Proves She Hasn’t Aged A Day In A Nude Photoshoot For Her Upcoming Album
February 8, 2023 by Marissa Matozzo
Shania Twain recently opened up about how “liberating” it is to show off her “new body” as she ages.
The country superstar, 57, flaunted her glowing skin in a nude photoshoot for her new album Queen of Me after previously stunning fans in a topless photo for the album art for her single, “Wake Up Dreaming.”
The “You’re Still The One” hitmaker and style icon released her sixth studio album on February 3rd, and posed in her birthday suit— and while covered in mud— to promote it.

It’s no secret that Twain looks incredible, and the “Man! I Feel Like A Woman” singer sat down with People Magazine last month to discuss her decision to pose nude, and how this helped her in the attempt to heal lifelong body image struggles.
“This is me expressing my truth. I’m comfortable in my own skin, and this is the way I am sharing that confidence,” the Grammy winner explained, adding that anything is “fashionable” if it’s worn with “confidence.”
“I am a woman in my late 50s, and I don’t need to hide behind the clothes. I can’t even tell you how good it felt to do nude shooting. I was just so unashamed of my new body, you know, as a woman that is well into my menopause. I’m not even emotional about it; I just feel okay about it,” she went on.
In an October 2022 Instagram photo collection post for her two million followers, the “Any Man Of Mine” crooner announced the release of Queen Of Me, sharing its album art and one of the nude photoshoot pics in which she posed behind a horse.
“These days, I’m feeling very comfortable in my own skin – and I think this album reflects that musically,” Twain noted in the caption. “Life is short and I want to be uplifted, colorful, unapologetic and empowered. I want to carry a clear message, particularly as a woman, to always remember my power and I hope the songs are a reminder to you, of that same power inside you!”
The “Come On Over” icon will soon hit the road to promote her latest record, and will tour her native Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom from April to September 2023.
Fan reactions to the new tour, Twain acknowledged, have been overwhelmingly positive with many dates already selling out. “The reaction to my Queen Of Me Tour has been… just amazing!!! So many sold out shows,” she wrote on IG, stressing to get your tix sooner rather than later!
