Sharon Osbourne and her husband, Ozzy Osbourne, dressed up as Kanye West and his girlfriend, Bianca Censori, for Halloween, but fans weren’t focused on their costumes. On the Instagram photo that Sharon posted of their Halloween look, fans flooded the comment section with concerns over the star’s thin frame, saying she looks “so thin and fragile.” This comes after Sharon has admitted to using Ozempic, the diabetic weight loss drug, to lose over 40 pounds.
The famous couple’s costumes recreate the look that got rapper Kanye West and his wife in a lot of trouble in Italy this past September. In the original photos, Kanye is dressed in black from head-to-toe while Bianca wears a sheer bodysuit and holds a purple pillow in front of her chest. The Osbournes had mentioned that they planned to recreate the look for Halloween on a recent episode of The Osbournes Podcast, and fans were pleased to see them follow through.

Word of the married couples’ costume was first announced on their podcast that they share with their two children, Kelly and Jack. “I wanted to go for Halloween as…have you seen Kanye, the way he wraps himself? You can’t see his face?” she asked her co-hosts. “I’m the wife and Ozzy’s going to be Kanye.”
And the pair delivered, with each of them posting on Instagram in their Halloween outfits. In the photo, Ozzy is dressed in all black without a shred of skin showing, and Sharon stands in front of him in a nude bodysuit and holding a giant purple pillow. The 71-year-old even nailed Bianca’s hairstyle, slicking back her famous red locks.
In case you haven’t seen the photos, Kanye and his girlfriend, Bianca, stepped out in Italy this past September in some pretty questionable looks, most of which left Bianca wearing little-to-no clothing. The pair’s outfit choices sparked a lot of conversation, many condemning the pair for public indecency, and others saying they’re “extremely concerned” for Bianca.

The TV personality told Piers Morgan on his talk show Piers Morgan uncensored on Sept. 20th about her experience with Ozempic. "I lost 42 pounds now and it’s just enough," she said. "I didn't actually want to go this thin, but it just happened and I'll probably put it all on again soon."
Now, the star warns others to be mindful if they’re considering taking the drug. "You can’t stay on it forever," she says. She also recalled the unpleasant side effects: “At first, you feel nauseous," she began. "You don't throw up physically but you've got that feeling. There was about two, three weeks where I felt nauseous the whole time. You get very thirsty and you don't want to eat."
She recommends that young people stay away from the drug, telling Morgan, "that's why I keep saying you've got to keep this stuff away from younger people because they will go berserk on it, and it's not right."

But as creative as Sharon and Ozzy's costume was, many fans were more concerned about Sharon's tiny frame, commenting on the Instagram photos, "Wait am I the only one wondering why she looks so thin and fragile? What’s happening?"
"She’s too skinny!" one user wrote. "Look at her bones," they added.
"I've never seen her that thin!" another user posted.
But other fans defended the actress, writing, "She probably watches what she eats. We all should as we get older."
"Sharon you are drop dead GORGEOUS!!" one fan wrote. "I have total leg envy!!!! You look fabulous!!' another fan commented.
"The greatest thing I've ever seen," another fan wrote. The Osbournes may have won the prize for most creative costume!
