It seems her hard work paid off when Wilson hit her goal weight of 165 lbs in November!

Tiffany Haddish also made 2020 her year of change, losing 50 pounds total after changing her lifestyle. She also embarked on a 30 day fitness challenge in November which helped her to lose an additional 10 lbs and shred out her toned tummy. The actress shared her transformation on Instagram, flexing her muscles in a black bra and underwear set. After making changes such as prioritizing protein and veggies and joining the gym, Haddish admitted, “I’m stronger than I thought I was.”
Adele
Adele began her fitness journey as early as 2019, but it was during the pandemic that she revealed her noticeable transformation after she hosted SNL in October of 2020. The singer also posted an Instagram in October 2019 with the caption “I used to cry but now I sweat,” implying her turn towards fitness, and now boasts a healthy frame through the typical combination of diet and exercise. Now she just needs to release her next album!
Kelly Clarkson
Kelly Clarkson has made it clear that her fitness journey is less about weight loss and more about maintaining a healthy mindset and body, which makes sense as her weight has been at the center of conversation for years. According to Good Housekeeping, Clarkson has lost 37 pounds total and prioritizes a clean diet while acknowledging that her body has a tendency to fluctuate. She revealed to Hoda Kotb in 2018, “I know the industry loves the weight gone, but for me, it wasn't really (about) the weight. For me, it was 'I'm not on my medicine any more.” Clarkson has been vocal about her struggles with thyroid issues in the past, which has been known to cause weight fluctuation.
