The actress dressed up for the occasion in a midi-length off-white colored dress covered in tiny brown polka dots. The cuffs of her long sleeves as well as the unbuttoned collar were a beige patent-leather accented with gold buttons. She also added a waist-cinching belt in a light tan color to show off her toned figure.
As for accessories, she wore a neutral, open-toed pump, carried a small white shoulder bag, and kept the jewelry to a minimum, with pearl drop earrings acting as the main event. She wore her blonde hair in a chic messy bun, and with a pink lip, she was ready to watch tennis in style. Her boyfriend, Oli Green, who is 15 years her junior, also dressed up for the event, looking sharp in a gray suit.

Social media users were of course big fans of not only Sienna's stunning outfit, but her absolutely adorable relationship with Oli, who is also the father of her second child. "I just can't get over how cute they are together," one person wrote in an Instagram comment.
