Miller (who also shares daughter Marlowe, 12, with ex Tom Sturridge) hosted the gathering at the Cinema by NeueHouse, attracting numerous celebrities. Miller came on board as the executive producer for Joe Weiland and Finn Constantine's short film, Marion.
This film portrays the life of Marion, the sole female bull-jumper in France. The role of Marion is played by Caroline Larbère, an actual French bull-jumper, who grapples with balancing her love for the sport and her identity as a woman. Weiland and Constantine drew their inspiration for the short film from Larbère's real-life experiences, Variety reports.
According to the log line for the film Miller worked on: "The short tracks the tense fifteen minutes before her first performance in a packed French arena. As she prepares, being the only woman in the team, the film explores her battle against misogyny and prejudiced attitudes.
