This snacks requires no prep or cooking. She simply takes store-bought hummus, pours salsa over it, and scoops it up with fresh asparagus. “The combination is just so perfect,” she says.

“If you like to eat a lot of dip, I highly recommend tzatziki. I even slice the carrot in half with my teeth and make it like a boat so I can eat tons of this. Whole tub of tzatziki is about 200 calories and has [a] shocking 12 grams of protein, so go ahead and eat it. Whatever gets you eating more veggies is a good thing especially when it’s this dip,” she says.
