According to an insider who spoke with PEOPLE, the two are "dating and having fun.”
"She is enjoying life. She seems positive and full of energy," the source said. “Sofia has been handling the divorce well. It wasn’t an easy decision, but she is doing great now."
This all comes after Sofia and Joe Manganiello officially announced their divorce in July, marking the end of their seven-year marriage.
