Choose The Right Waist-Band

The most flattering waist band shape for a better butt is the “V-shaped yoke.” The “yoke” is the patch of jeans between the waistband and butt pockets, Paige denim founder Paige Adams Geller explains. A soft V-shape in that area is universally flattering on your bum.

Size Is Just A Number

The right fit is everything when it comes to flattering jeans and pants, and unfortunately the traditional numerical sizing model falls short when it comes to cut for curvier girls. Thankfully, brands like Everlane, American Eagle and Madewell now carry “Curvy” denim styles designed to flatter hips and thighs.
