Water, Water, Water!
You've heard it before, but that's because it really works. Staying hydrated is a key aspect of Sweeney's diet, explaining that it's her beverage of choice most of the time. "I have never even tried coffee," she said in an interview. "I only drink water—for whatever reason, when I was like, 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it's my thing."
Sydney Satisfies Her Sweet Tooth
One thing the newly single actress doesn't do is restrict herself—even when it comes to her sweet tooth. So while she stays away from coffee, she's no stranger to getting her sugar fix other ways. "Don't get me wrong," she said. "I eat sugar, so it balances out. Instead of coffee I'll have some Swedish Fish or anything gummy if I'm tired."

First Thing In The Morning...
While the Madame Web actress tries to vary what she eats each day, one thing she generally keeps the same is her breakfast. "It changes, but I like to start the day with berries. Right now, I'm really into this croissant toast that I eat with cinnamon sugar and honey butter," she said to Bustle.
What Else?
Sydney also isn't afraid of comfort food. For her, that's Kraft mac and cheese and hot dogs, explaining to People that the combination were a staple in her childhood. "Sometimes I'll find myself making hot dogs and mac and cheese on a late night and watch a movie." Back to that sweet tooth, she once posted a photo on Instagram of her enjoying an ice cream cone and captioned it, "icecream is the way to my [heart] (& cookies)".
