Sylvester Stallone made fans do a double take after posing for a photo with friends at Donald Trump‘s Mar-A-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida.

The Rocky actor, 78, sparked rumors of plastic surgery or heavy digital editing after the photo of him went viral.

In the image, uploaded by @PatriotTakes on X (formerly Twitter), the Rambo alum posed with two women and donned a black suit with a white button-down top, with fans thinking his face looked noticeably different.

As one fan wrote in the comments: “Remarkably, I’m going to say Sly has had the most plastic surgery out of the three.” Another added: “Are we sure this isn’t Madame Tussauds?” Someone else tweeted: “Wow.
