Taco Bell Set To Launch Three-Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt

What is the Three-Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt? Well, it all starts with a soft, gently toasted flatbread. In it, grilled, marinated, all-white meat chicken, creamy Chipotle sauce, and a melted three-cheese blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and Monterey pepper jack cheeses.

The Three-Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt has been compared to Taco Bell's Mexican pizza, as it uses the same three-cheese blend, but this new item is less crunchy and beefy, and more soft, warm, and delectable.

Taco Bell tested the item last summer in Dayton, Ohio, where lucky customers got to try out the melt for just $2. And they must've liked it, because this delicious menu item will hit stores on Jan. 11th, 2024, and will retail for $2.29.

Customers Can't Wait For The 3-Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt

Lucky Ohio customers shared with the rest of the world what the three-cheese chicken flatbread melt is all about. One user on Reddit said that it "was literally just the Chicken Chipotle Melt with more bread, to which another user replied, "Sounds like a dream come true!"

A different Reddit thread started by @BassoContinuBow reads, "Chicken flatbread?! Somebody pinch me!" and other users agreed with this sentiment.

"Oh man, when these things were $1 around 2010-2012, I ate so many of them," one person replied.

"Why even test it?" another person asked. "Just release it!"

"Waited nearly a decade for this moment again!" said another customer.

"I'd be all in on that," one fan wrote.

"OH MY GOD STOP I THOUGHT THEY'D NEVER BE BACK OMG!" one particularly enthusiastic fan commented.

"These need to be a permanent menu item," one person wrote.

"This was the goat!" a final fan said. "This was my favorite back in college. Can confirm these are the bomb.com!"
