Target fans, take note! The retail giant has just recalled an entire line of popular home items with nearly 5 million products sold being affected.

According to a recall notice released on May 18th, customers were directed to return any Threshold Glass Jar Candles from a variety of scents sold between August 2019 through March 2023. At least 137 reports stated the candle jars had broken while in use.

Recalled: Threshold Glass Jar Candles

A whole list of Target‘s Threshold brand candle products were affected, including the 5.5 oz. Berry Lemonade and Melon Candle, 20 oz. Warm Cider and Cinnamon Candle, 14 oz. Crackling Wooden 3-Wick Ocean Air and Moss Candle, and dozens more. The specific reason given for recall was that the candle’s jar can crack or break during use, posing laceration and burn hazards. 6 injuries have been reported to date.
