Latin American Swifties, rejoice: Taylor Swift has added three additional dates in Mexico and Brazil to her Eras Tour schedule, just days after announcing that the tour would be coming to Latin America.
The news was announced on official fan Twitter account Taylor Nation, where additional Latin America dates were listed for Mexico City, Mexico (August 27th); Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (November 19th); and São Paulo, Brazil (November 24th). The Latin American leg of the tour marks Eras officially going global—the dates will follow the end of the U.S. leg of the tour in early August.
Taylor Nation Posts: 'Three More Dates Added, Cuz We've Waited Our Whole Life!'
In their announcement post of the three additional dates, the Taylor Nation Twitter quoted a play on the lyrics of Taylor's song "Paper Rings": "Three more dates added, cuz we've waited our whole life!" wrote the fan account. Eras going global was anticipated but not official until early June, when Taylor herself finally revealed that the tour would indeed be making its way to Latin America in late August.

The Eras tour has taken Taylor all across the United States since its start in March of this year, with notably record-breaking attendance in stops like Las Vegas, Houston, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Detroit. The singer-songwriter will be hitting several more big cities throughout the summer until the tour's U.S. end dates with five shows in Inglewood, California at the SoFi Stadium in early August.
The Mexico and Brazil tour dates for the Latin American leg of Eras join other dates listed for Argentina and original Mexico and Brazil dates. The new concerts were likely added due to high demand for the already set performances. It has also been announced that singer Sabrina Carpenter will be opening for the concerts when the tour hits Latin America in late August.
