Taylor Swift might have only made her TikTok debut back in August, but the “Wildest Dreams” singer has been making up for lost time with relatable content her fans love. Taylor is known for her feminine glam red carpet style and sometimes-collegiate at-home looks. Just look at her Brit Awards look from earlier this year or her Folklore album last year that proved plaid is a mood. But when we saw the mini skirt and sheer tights in her latest TikTok video, we had to do a double take!
Swift took to TikTok on October 26th to share a compilation of her favorite things about the fall season. Captioned: “Basic autumn lovers RISE” with the leaf emojis, Tay added the hashtags #imsohappy #hellofall #swifttok. It’s clear the 31-year-old is a big fan of the season, and shared some of her favorites in her quirky video. Some of those things included: “Hats and scarves and knee socks and wearing tights for the first time in months.” And it’s exactly that last item that we need to talk about: those tights!
Taylor showed off her legs-for-days in a perfectly fall-appropriate red mini skirt and sheer lace black tights. And TBH, seeing Tay’s outfit was all we needed to get on board with the sheer lace tights trend. Taylor’s pair are from hosiery brand, Wolford, and aptly called the ‘Blossom Tights.’ Celebs like Gwen Stefani, Addison Rae and Kendall Jenner have been spotted in fishnet tights, but we love the extra lace details on Taylor’s pair.
And we wouldn’t be surprised if the tights Taylor wore get sold out ASAP. The blonde babe has a knack for her TikTok outfits getting sold out as soon as they go live! Back in the summer, Tay wore a linen Reformation dress that made her fans all rush to copy her look.
