Taylor Swift Steals The Show At Selena Gomez’s Birthday Party In Full-Blown ‘Prairiecore’—We Want Her Patchwork Dress

Taylor Swift celebrated her bestie Selena Gomez‘s 3oth birthday this week, and her trendy prairiecore party guest attire is so chic! The “All Too Well” hitmaker, 32, attended Gomez’s soiree and donned a tiered, floral, red patchwork summer sun dress with breezy fabric, puffy sleeves, and an elegant midi hemline. Swift’s dress is from Christy Dawn, and she accessorized her stunning piece with Cathy Waterman dangly earrings and tied her blonde tresses into two pigtail braids.

Gomez posted uploaded two cute photos of her and Swift from the evening in an Instagram post for her 340 million followers. In the snaps, Gomez is all smiles and Swift makes a funny and goofy pose in the first one, holding her pal’s hand and also holding up 3 fingers to commemorate her turning 30. In the second pic, it looks to be a selfie that Swift took, as she gives a thumbs up and Gomez laughs while the two sit at an outdoor party table. Gomez captioned the shots, “30, nerdy and worthy.”

Swift has been nailing the earthy cottagecore aesthetic associated with her last two indie folk records, 2020’s folklore and evermore, and her Christy Dawn ‘Lianne Dress in Colorblocked Crimson’ is from a sustainable label. To dazzle up her look, Swift added ‘Triple Hex’ dangly earrings by Cathy Waterman. To accessorize, the birthday girl rocked Chanel ‘Crystal Hoop Chain-Pearl’ earrings and seemed happier than ever to hang with her longtime friend, Swift.

The two singers have been friends since 2008, when (as Gomez revealed in a 2017 interview with KIIS FM UK) they were both dating two of the Jonas Brothers at the same time— Swift with Joe Jonas and Gomez with Nick Jonas. Since then, the two have attended movie premieres together, performed as honored guests at each other’s concerts, and charmed fans for years with the most iconic IG selfies and tributes to each other online.
