Taylor Swift not only took everyone’s breath away with her shimmering VMA dress, but also with her equally stunning after-party look! The “Cruel Summer” hitmaker, 32, was photographed leaving the post-awards ceremony soiree in a dazzling cobalt romper by Moschino, and fans couldn’t contain their excitement as soon as the shots emerged online. The pop star showed off her incredible figure and ultra-toned legs in the low-cut, push-up item that featured embellished silver star details.

The Grammy winner had a historic night, snagging trophies for the following categories: Video of the Year, Best Direction and Best Long-form Video for “All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor’s Version).”  On top of all that, the “Willow” singer broke the internet after announcing that her “brand new album” will come out on October 21st (mark your calendars!), and she later revealed via Instagram that its title is Midnights and features “the stories of 13 sleepless nights scattered throughout [her] life.”

Swift’s instantly iconic after-party look was complete with the custom, sapphire romper (that also featured blingy straps and a sultry, thigh-skimming hemline), and a furry white coat. As she graced the Newark, New Jersey event in Alexander McQueen ‘Butterfly Glitter Ankle Strap’ platform sandals, the “Cardigan” crooner wore her long, blonde hair down, as well as her wispy bangs. Fans later spotted her leaving the event with longtime boyfriend Joe Alwyn hand-in-hand (so cute!) To accessorize, Swift rocked eye-catching diamond and silver jewelry (including rings and intricate hoop earrings) by Nicole Rose, Ananya, and Melissa Kaye.

Of course, every epic T-Swift look includes a scarlet red lip— which she donned to the Republic Records-hosted bash— and she added cat-eye winged liner and sparkling silver eyeshadow to emphasize her crystal blue eyes. That same evening, Swift excited fans with more news surrounding her upcoming music release and shared its cover art, which many Swifties think is paying homage to the “indie sleaze” genre of the early aughts.

Swift notably won her third Video of The Year award, as she previously garnered the accolade for “Bad Blood” in 2015, and “You Need To Calm Down” in 2019. Additionally, Swift broke the record that night for the most VMAs for Video of the Year. And the best part of it all? She gave us glamorous transitional season style inspo.

With fans on Twitter theorizing that the next few months will feature elements from Swift’s past records about sleepless city nights like 1989 and Reputation, who else is beyond ready for the Midnights era? Honestly, even from this look alone, we sure are!
