How old were you when you realized that you can open a coffee creamer bottle with the top?!
We were today years when we discovered what TikTok user @carlyrose352 just shared to her page: that you can use the lip inside the top of the creamer bottle to puncture that impossible-to-break foil seal. Mind. Blown.
The TikTok hack, which has been viewed 1.3M times since it was posted earlier this month, shows coffee drinkers what was right in front of our eyes the whole time: that the creamer bottle comes with it’s own built-in opener. No more ruining your nails trying to get that freakishly thick foil seal off! I swear those seals were built by NASA.
“Been drinking coffee since I was 17 and I learned this last week,” she captioned the video to her page, holding a bottle of cream in front of her (as well as a coffee with a straw… but we won’t talk about that).

“If you drink coffee, creamer, like you know they have these little tabs and you can’t get your fingers under there to open it,” she says, pointing to the foil tab then showing what a true *struggle* it is to try to get that thing off.
Stunning viewers, she then un-screws the top, flips it over to show a lip inside underneath.
Placing the lip over the foil and then pressing down, she shows how the top punctures the foil perfectly. Like butta!

“And now it’s open,” she says, putting the lid back on and then pouring the creamer effortlessly into her cup. “You’re welcome,” she says as she signs off. Not all heroes wear capes!
