The One Thing You Should Never Order At Blimpie, According To A Nutritionist

When it comes to the whole Blimpie versus Subway conversation, I am definitely an advocate for Blimpie. Subway might be a tad healthier, but what can I say? I’m a sucker for freshly baked bread.

Of course, Blimpie has a slight reputation for being a much heavier lunch option. But if it’s good, why question it? Even though Blimpie is a God in the sandwich industry, there is one item on the menu that would be a little too much even for me.

Stay away from the meatball parmigiana. Even though it looks and sounds good, it’s one of those sandwiches with all the ingredients to give you a heart attack on the spot and dash all hopes of getting a flatter stomach.

With more than a 1,000 calories, 26 g of saturated fat and almost 4,000 mg of sodium, it will take you at least a month to work off the effects of this sandwich.
