Burger King is one of the OG's of fast food. It’s been around for decades and with good reason.

But, if we are really trying to get our skin clear and waist snatched, we have to be very conscious about what we are putting in our bodies. Every so often, we should not deprive ourselves of all the greatness that Burger King has to offer, but there is one item on the menu that if you eat it, you can’t undo what it did to yourself (yes, it’s that bad).
The Triple Whopper is the worst of the worst!
The three quarter pound patties with cheese and mayonnaise combined provide the body with very little health benefits, but a substantial amount of fat (75 grams) and 2,000 calories. To put it in perspective that is worse than eating 5 of the Burger King hamburgers. Just don’t do it.
