With the promise of fresh ingredients and no preservatives, you would think that their food is perfectly healthy. But, that is definitely not the case. Many of the meals they serve contain staggering amounts of calories, fat, and sodium. But which item on the menu is the absolute worst thing to order?

Most of the shakes at Shake Shack have crazy amounts of calories, so it’s best to stay away from all of them. But if you’re feeling like snacking on a sweet treat, try ordering a half-size to cut down on those calories, sugars, and fats.
