Wendy's Baconator is slightly less offensive than the Triple Burger, but not by much. The Baconator has two beef patties, two layers of bacon, and a layer of cheese. The burger clocks in at 940 calories, 57 grams of fat, and 1,850 milligrams of sodium.

Wendy's does have some acceptable meal options that won't wreck your waistline. Eat This, Not That approves of Wendy's Asian Cashew Chicken Salad. It's just under 400 calories and packed with vegetables.
Another good option is Junior Hamburger, which isn't loaded with toppings like Wendy's other burgers. And if you have a sweet tooth, it's okay grab a Junior (kid-sized) Frosty as a treat every once in a while.
