It would be ideal if having a flat stomach meant your diet consisted of pizza and ice cream. But since that is just a dream, we need to consider what food we're putting into our bodies and actually do some physical activity every once in a while.

Once you nail the healthy eating and working out part, then it's time to think about how to dress for a flat stomach. Meaning, what should you not wear if you want your stomach to look flat?
The answer is: stretch jersey fabric! Too bad since it's super comfortable, but stretch jersey is actually pretty hard to pull off. Since the fabric is tight, it clings to everything we don't want it to. So best to just skip this one if you're looking to dress for a flat stomach.
