Diet Coke
If you are a constant diet soda drinker, stop! Diet sodas are actually linked to weight gain because of the large amounts of artificial sweeteners in the drinks.
Sunny D or any artificial fruit juices
Artificial fruit juices are the worst of the worst. They have loads of sugar, which causes unnecessary weight gain and unhealthy cravings.
Alcohol
Alcohol actually does the opposite of what we would it to. Instead of giving us that flat stomach that we so desire, the diuretic effect actually makes us bloated. After drinking booze, the quick dehydration that comes with it causes water retention and therefore a bigger belly. Obviously, the huge amounts of sugar in mixed drinks don't help either.
Bottled Smoothies
Stay away from bottled smoothies, especially the Bolthouse brand. If you are serious about retaining a slim figure, Bolthouse will do just the opposite because of all the sugar in their product. Shocker! Bolthouse smoothies contain two servings with 66g of sugar. Instead, do yourself a favor and make your own fruit smoothie.
Coffee
Drinking coffee, or any acidic drinks, can actually cause gastritis, a condition where inflammation occurs in the stomach lining causing...you guessed it, bloating!
