As avid CVS shoppers, we were eager to understand the case better. The company claims that agreeing to pay the fines is in no way an admission of guilt--but rather an act of goodwill in their ongoing relationship with the Board. That's good!

Additionally, the Times points out that multiple drugstore chains are facing similar complaints amid the health crisis. Aka, it's an important health matter that's being addressed head-on by the Oklahoma regulators and the company.
