Kim, Kanye, and their children took a trip to the Dominican Republic in early August, and things seemed to be going well.
A source told People, "They had a good family week in the Dominican Republic. They are continuing the family vacation. Kim and Kanye are getting along. They both seem much happier."
Another source told the outlet that the rapper is "really enjoying his family time right now." Plus, West was apparently "in a great place" and has been feeling "creatively inspired."
However, that does not mean that all of their issues have been resolved. In fact, a recent report from People explains that they have opted to continue to live separately.
While Kim has returned to Los Angeles with their children, West is back in Wyoming.
A source explained that while Kim "is happy to be back" in LA, Wyoming "is where [West] wants to live."
The insider told the outlet, "Kim still seems focused on making her marriage work. She is pretty quiet about her exact plans for the future, but for now, she seems okay with Kanye living in Wyoming. He is moving ahead with the presidential campaign. This is a decision that no one can change his mind about."
Whether or not they will be able to move forward now as a family still seems uncertain.
