This Is The Worst Mistake You Can Make At A Smartphone Repair Shop

If you’ve broken the hardware on your iPhone or iOS device, such as cracked a screen or experienced some water damage, or if you’ve noticed a glitch in how the phone’s software is running, it might be time to make a visit to your local repair shop or kiosk. If you don’t have Apple Care insurance or live near an Apple store, these shops are a good alternative, and often quite cost effective.

But buyer beware—not all repair stores are created equal and when it comes to expensive tech devices, you can never be too careful as a consumer.

"Trust and security are key elements to consider when visiting a phone repair shop,” Liz Hamilton, Director of People and Customers at Mobile Klinik tells us.

“In the days where your banking, family and confidential work items are kept inside your phone, making sure you have a repair technician that is trustworthy is of utmost importance,” she points out. So true!
