We can always count on Kate Beckinsale to serve memorable looks on and off the red carpet. But we don’t get to see her bikini body that often—so when we saw THIS picture, we actually gasped!

The brunette beauty showed off her truly amazing and age-defying body on the cover of Women’s Health Poland. The 46-year old (seriously, she looks half her age!) gave us all some serious motivation to get our bodies moving. We need Kate’s workout routine ASAP so we can make the most of this time to try to get abs and a booty that good! But while we might not be able to get a bikini body like hers—at least not ASAP—we can get a bikini like hers.
