The 20-acre island in Exumas, Bahamas has recently been listen for a whopping $35 million with Knight Frank, according to the Miami Herald.
And it sounds like the property is worth every penny. Its main residence is a luxurious 6,517-square-foot building complete with four bedroom suites, five bathrooms, an observation tower, a courtyard, and a pool terrace.

Back in 2017, Hill explained their decision to purchase the island. “We’ve been all over the world, and we really wanted to create a special place we couldn’t find anywhere else,” she told Architectural Digest.
McGraw added,”Every time we land the plane and walk onto the beach and head up to the house, we turn to each other and say, ‘This is the best place in the world.'”

The island became a second home for the duo and their three children, Gracie, 23, Maggie, 22, and Audrey, 19–even when the property was still being constructed and they were staying in seaside yurts.
“As long as our family is together,” Hill explained, “we can pretty much make a home anywhere.”
