Tom Brady Posts Cryptic Quote About ‘Coming Up Short Again And Again’ On Social Media After Gisele Bündchen’s Third Pregnancy Is Revealed

Last week, Brazilian model Gisele Bündchen and her Jiu-Jitsu instructor-turned-boyfriend just announced that they’re expecting a baby together! The 44-year-old and her boyfriend, 37, have been dating since June 2023 and now it’s looking like they’re in it for the long run. While fans have been gushing their congratulations, certain individuals, namely Gisele’s ex-husband Tom Brady.

The American footballer wasted no time posting a rather cryptic post to his Instagram story, letting his fans know how he really feels about his ex-wife’s big announcement. Keep reading for more information.

Gisele Bündchen Announces Pregnancy With New Boyfriend

"Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they're looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family," an insider shared with People.

Does this mean that their rumored wedding plans will be put on hold, or does it mean that they will want to get married ASAP? Only time will tell!

Back in August, an insider reportedly told Life & Style that the Nourish cookbook author and the jiu-jitsu trainer are "planning a low-key wedding at her Costa Rica estate." It's a location the former Victoria's Secret Angel chose because "she wants to do it far away from prying eyes."

Fox Sports' lead NFL analyst has yet to comment on the news, but it's been reported that Gisele told him and their children before the news broke.

Tom Brady Posts Cryptic Quote On Instagram

While he hasn't made an official statement of his reaction to Gisele's news, Brady did post a cryptic (and long-winded!) quote to his Instagram story. "It is not the critic who counts: not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles or where the doer of deeds could have done better," the quote reads.

"The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, because there is no effort without error or shortcoming, but who knows the great enthusiasms, the great devotions, who spends himself in a worthy cause; who, at the best, knows, in the end, the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."

This isn't the first time Brady has taken to Instagram to express his feelings. The day after Gisele's pregnancy was announced, he shared lyrics to The Chick's song "Landslide" to his story atop a photo of a sunset.
