Bubble waffles, otherwise known as egg waffles, are a traditional Hong Kong street food made with egg batter and cooked to crispy perfection—and of course adorned with those signature, fluffy bubble shapes. However, the Trader Joe’s version is vegan, which means there are no eggs involved.

There’s not much info on when this frozen treat will hit shelves, but we can’t wait. “All I know so far is that they will be $4.49 and say vegan’ right on the front of the box!” wrote @bigboxvegan. “They’re a frozen product obviously.
