Trader Joe’s Crackers Recalled Due To Possible Metal Contamination

Trader Joe’s has issued its fourth product recall in a month, this time due to a possible presence of metal in the item. Last week, the grocer notified customers in a letter that their Multigrain Crackers with Sunflower and Flax Seeds (SKU# 76156) might contain metal. The recalled product has the following “best by” dates: 03/01/24 – 03/05/24. Here’s what we know about the recall:

Trader Joe's has taken swift action in response to the recent recall of their Multigrain Crackers with Sunflower and Flax Seeds. The potentially impacted products have been promptly removed from sale and destroyed, and there have been no reported injuries related to it.

If you have purchased or received these crackers, it is strongly advised that you do not consume them. Instead, dispose of the product or return it to Trader Joe's for a full refund. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the recall,

The chain also recently recalled their Almond Windmill Cookies and Dark Chocolate Chunk And Almond Cookies after Trader Joe's was informed by their supplier that the cookie products "may contain rocks."

According to the grocer, the affected Almond Windmill products have "sell by" dates of October 19th through 21, 2023. The Dark Chocolate Chunk ones have "sell by" dates of October 17 through 21, 2023, Trader Joe's noted.
