Trader Joe’s Just Brought Back This Ice Cream Flavor And Fans Say It’s The ‘Best Ice Cream Ever’

One of the best parts about Trader Joe’s, in addition to their great low prices, is the fact that they’re always coming up with some of the best, unique foods around. From their wide array of frozen cuisine to their Everything but the Bagel seasoning, superfans can’t get enough of TJ’s tasty treats. The only downside is that many of the store’s fan-favorite items come and go on a whim. Seasonal products like all of the pumpkin spice-flavored fall goodies, for example, are only on shelves for a limited time each year—and the same is true of some beloved Trader Joe’s ice cream flavors, too.
Luckily for lemon fans, though, one flavor has just returned to the frozen section. That’s right: When Life Gives You Lemons has been spotted in a few Trader Joe’s stores, and customers are jumping for joy on Reddit.

When Life Gives You Lemons Ice Cream Returns to Trader Joe's
One Reddit user found When Life Gives You Lemons ice cream when shopping at Trader Joe's and, thinking it was a new product, alerted fellow TJ's shoppers with a post. "New Item! When Life Gives You Lemons Ice Cream," they wrote, along with a picture of a freezer stocked with the product.
However, several commenters noted that this ice cream is not, in fact, new—but it has been on hiatus for a while, and they're so happy it's back. "Not new. The BEST ICECREAM EVER! I will be buying two every time I go until I have a dozen," one user raved.
Many echoed the same sentiment: "It's BACK?!?!?! The BEST ice cream. Ever," one comment says.
Judging by the looks of the Reddit thread, general consensus seems to be that this lemony ice cream is, in fact, one of the best ice cream flavors Trader Joe's has to offer, if not the "best ever," as many say.
The Trader Joe's website describes this ice cream as "a sweet, creamy, and delightfully tart frozen treat to serve as the seasonal celebration that lemons so richly deserve." Yum! According to comments, it's a seasonal flavor for Spring, and it hasn't arrived at every location yet. If you can't find it at your local Trader Joe's, just hold tight. Spring is just around the corner, and so, it seems, is frozen lemony bliss.
