Trader Joe's Lemon Mini Sheet Cake

If you're a fan of Trader Joe's, cake, lemon-flavored treats, and especially both, we think you'll want to run to Trader Joe's immediately to pick up their latest spring bakery item (and maybe some When Life Gives You Lemons ice cream too).

The Lemon Mini Sheet Cake, which follows its vanilla and dark chocolate predecessors, is 8x6 inches of sweet, lemony goodness (which is supposedly six servings, but some people might tell you that you can easily eat it in one sitting). The packaging describes it as "moist, flavorful lemon cake topped with lemon cream cheese frosting & sprinkled with lemon zest." Our mouths are watering.

One Reddit user raved about the cake in a post: "I was concerned it would taste fake. Not. At. All," they said. "The frosting is sweet and the cake is quite lemony. Seriously, I don't think I could make a better lemon cake myself. If you like lemon, give it a try." You don't have to tell us twice!

One comment on another post sang the praises of this cake as well: "I know people gush over the vanilla and chocolate mini sheet cake versions, and this one is just as dangerous, and by dangerous, I mean delicious," a fan wrote. "The cake is soft and lightly lemony and the cream cheese frosting while sweet wasn’t crazy sweet to the point I scraped it off. This thing is good."

If you want to get your hands on this treat, though, you'll have to act fast—it's only available for spring, and by the looks of the Reddit comments, it may be hard to snatch before it sells out.
